• AI Agent for a Restaurant — An agent that handles the restaurant's WhatsApp end to end (questions, orders, reservations and issues) and integrates with the reservation system, the POS and the payment gateway.

Frequently asked questions.

• How long does it take to get an agent up and running? — A first version in production is usually ready in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how many systems need to be integrated and how well-defined the process is. After that comes a few more weeks of tuning, where we refine the behavior based on real use.
• How is this different from a chatbot? — A chatbot follows a fixed decision tree: ask something outside the script and it gets lost. An agent understands intent, checks your systems live and takes action (create an order, book a slot, charge a payment, hand off to a person). A chatbot informs; an agent does the work.
• Does it integrate with my CRM, ERP or the tools I already use? — Yes, that's the core of the work. We connect the agent to your CRM, ERP, database, POS or whatever you use, via API or MCP, with permissions scoped to what it needs. If a system has no way to integrate, we flag it before starting.
• What happens when the agent doesn't know how to respond? — We define that together. By default, if the agent isn't certain, it doesn't improvise: it hands the conversation to someone on your team with full context, or says it'll look into it and follows up. It never makes up an answer.
• Is my company's data secure? — The agent only accesses what it needs, with its own credentials and minimal permissions. Data lives on your infrastructure or one we define together, and it's never used to train models.
• What do costs and maintenance look like? — Development is quoted per project, based on scope. After that there's a monthly maintenance fee, fixed per project, that covers everything needed to keep it running: hosting, database, infrastructure, monitoring and adjustments that come up with use. On top of that come costs that scale with your operation, which we bill at cost, no markup: the AI model, billed by usage, and the WhatsApp Business API if the project needs it, billed to your Meta account. We give you an estimate of these costs in the proposal, before you sign anything.
• What technologies and AI models do you use? — We pick the model for the job: Claude, GPT or open-weight models. Around it we build with TypeScript, Python, Node and React. We don't lock you into one AI provider: if another model makes more sense tomorrow, we switch.
• Can an agent answer using my own documents? — Yes. With RAG, the agent checks your internal documents, contracts or knowledge base before answering, and responds with that information instead of improvising. It only accesses the sources we define.
• Will an AI agent replace people on my team? — That's not the goal. The agent takes on the repetitive work and hands off anything that needs human judgment to someone on your team, with full context. Your team stops entering data and answering the same questions, and focuses on everything else.
• Do I need a technical team to maintain it? — No. The monthly maintenance fee covers everything needed to keep it running: hosting, infrastructure, monitoring and the adjustments that come up with use.
