# Naipex

Web design and development · 2025

Live site: https://naipex.co

We Are Nubi redesigned and developed the website for Naipex, a tax advisory firm from Spain that brings accounting, tax, labor and legal services together under one roof. The previous site didn't communicate the level they were already working at. On top of a structure that already worked, we rewrote the message and the visual identity, and rebuilt the contact and hiring forms. It's one of Nubi's custom web development projects.

So much to tell, none of it getting through.

## The challenge: a lot to say, none of it landing

Naipex already brought accounting, tax, labor and legal advisory together in one service, with direct attention and no bots. None of that showed up on their old website. The site didn't communicate the level they were already working at, or set them apart from a traditional advisory firm, and the image it projected outward didn't match the work happening inside.

One idea that puts the rest in order.

## The solution: one idea that organizes the rest

Our contribution wasn't adding information, it was clearing it out of the way. Naipex had a lot to say and that was working against them: four service areas, personalized attention, internal commitments to fast response times. All real, but scattered. We found the synthesis that could hold that complexity without watering it down: one idea that summed up why Naipex is different from a traditional advisory firm, and a visual identity that conveyed the same thing before reading a single word. Transparency became part of the pitch. Showing the service with no fine print works as a trust signal, not just as information.

## The process

Before touching design, we listened to Naipex's team to understand how they wanted to position themselves. We moved in short iterations, with client feedback at every stage, until we landed on something that reflected how they actually worked, not a generic advisory-firm template.

> Nubi helped us better reflect Naipex's digital identity, show information clearly and improve lead contact.
