We Are Nubi designed and built Hey Archie's Agentic Lead Engine, an internal product for its sales team: a back office where an AI agent takes a lead's website, cross-references it with Archie's product description, and assembles a custom sales landing page for that lead, ready for review in under ten minutes. Archie is an AI-powered staff accountant for accounting firms, with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. It's one of Nubi's custom AI agent development projects.

One landing per lead doesn't get built by hand.

## The challenge: a landing page per lead can't be built by hand

Archie's sales team works leads across three markets (United States, United Kingdom and Australia), and every lead converts better with a landing page built for them: their context, their industry, their buying process, cross-referenced with what Archie solves. But building a custom page for every lead, with its own copy and components, depends on design and development every single time. It doesn't scale, not in time and not in headcount.

Let the agents build the page, not the people.

## The solution: have an agent build it, on top of components already designed

We designed and built the Agentic Lead Engine: a back office where the sales team hands an agent a lead's website. The agent reads it, cross-references it with Archie's product description, and assembles a landing page by combining a catalog of pre-designed components, mapped as a skill (the agent picks and assembles, it doesn't write the page by hand). It generates the page in Sanity, which acts as the content source, and leaves it at a private URL for sales to review before using it. The whole system runs on the Claude Developer Platform.

## How it's built

The back office also exposes an MCP with 3 tools, so the marketing team can connect to the system from their own tools. The frontend is built with React 19 and Server Components, TanStack and React Query, with heavy animation (Framer Motion and SVG) and very careful layout: the landing pages that come out of the engine have the same level of polish as one built by hand. Adding a new component to the catalog is enough for every future landing page to be able to use it.

We worked embedded in Archie's team, with direct access to sales and product to tune the engine to how they actually work.
