What you agree to when you use wearenubi.com, and where the real contract lives once we start working together.

## The short version.

- **The site is informational**: Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Real engagements live in a signed agreement with scope, price and dates.
- **The work on it is ours**: Text, design, code and brand assets belong to Nubi. Ask before reproducing them, the answer is usually yes, in writing.
- **No mass scraping**: Use the site for lawful purposes. Automated bulk downloading needs our written consent first.
- **Client terms are separate**: If we work together, the service agreement we both sign governs the project. These terms only cover the public site.

### Who we are

Nubi is a software studio building custom solutions for businesses. These terms govern your use of our public website. Terms for client engagements are defined separately, in individual service agreements.

### Use of the website

Four rules, all of them obvious.

- You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- You must not use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content without our written consent.
- We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.

### Intellectual property

Everything on this site (text, design, graphics, code and brand assets) is the property of Nubi and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing or building derivative works from it requires prior written permission.

### Services and engagements

Information on this website is general and informational. It is not a binding offer or a contract. Actual engagements are governed by separate, mutually signed agreements, and pricing, timelines and deliverables are defined project by project.

### Third-party links

This site links out to third parties such as LinkedIn, X and Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and risk.

### Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

### Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nubi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

### Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Nubi is registered.
