# Your data. Nothing hidden.

What we collect when you visit, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read, not survived.

## The short version.

- **We never sell it**: No advertisers, no data brokers, no resale. Nothing here depends on your data being worth money to someone else.
- **Analytics, not advertising**: Google Analytics tells us which pages get read and where people stop. Microsoft Clarity, from Microsoft, adds heatmaps and session recordings. Both run only once you accept cookies. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
- **Twelve months, then gone**: Usage data is deleted after a year. Contact details stay only as long as we are actually working together.
- **One email to erase it**: Write to hello@wearenubi.com and your data leaves our systems. No forms, no retention desk, no delay past 48 hours.

### Information we collect

Three kinds of data, none of it exotic.

- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, interactions, heatmaps and session recordings, collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept cookies.
- Contact information: your name and email if you reach out to us or book a call via Cal.com.
- Technical data: browser type, operating system and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- No payment information is collected by us directly, transactions are handled by third-party providers.

### How we use it

Four uses. There is no fifth one.

- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- To send project-related communications to active clients. No spam, ever.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.

### Third-party services

We use a small set of trusted tools: Google Analytics for site analytics, Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) for heatmaps and session recordings, Apollo.io to recognise which companies visit, Cal.com for scheduling, and Resend for transactional email. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them.

### Cookies and tracking

Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner: Google Analytics measures site usage, Microsoft Clarity records heatmaps and how a session moves through the site, and Apollo.io recognises the company behind a visit. None of these are used for advertising, and we run no third-party advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time, right here.

### Data retention

Analytics data is kept for up to twelve months. Contact inquiries are kept for the duration of our business relationship and deleted on request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@wearenubi.com.

### Your rights

Four things you can ask for, any day of the week.

- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Erasure: request that we delete your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

### Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure. If you have a security concern, contact us and we will treat it as urgent.

### Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date sits at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
