A new website for the tax advisory firm that brings accounting, tax, labour and legal into a single service.

So much to tell, none of it getting through.

The challenge

Naipex already combined accounting, tax, labour and legal advisory in a single service, with direct, bot-free attention. None of it showed on their previous website. The site didn't communicate the level they were already working at or set them apart from a traditional advisory firm, and the image they projected outwards didn't match the work they were doing inside.

One idea that puts the rest in order.

The solution

Our contribution wasn't adding information — it was getting it out of the way. Naipex had a lot to tell, and that worked against them: four service areas, personalised attention, internal fast-response commitments. All real, but scattered. We found the synthesis that could hold that complexity without diluting it: a single idea that summed up why Naipex is different from a traditional advisory firm, and a visual identity that conveyed the same before reading a single word. Transparency became part of the proposition. Showing the service with no fine print works as a signal of trust, not just as information.

The process

Before touching design we listened to the Naipex team to understand how they wanted to position themselves. We moved in short iterations, with client feedback at every stage, until reaching something that reflected the way they already worked — not a generic advisory template.
